Mark is credited with facilitating the $16
million purchase and development agreement of Estancia and The Estancia
Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Additionally, he was instrumental in the
conceptualization and infrastructure formulation for the club and
community and worked in tandem with the developer regarding every aspect
of the development. He hired, directed and managed the sales team that
ultimately generated real estate and membership sales of approximately
$157 million. Mark was also responsible for hiring all key personnel
for the club as well as working closely with legal counsel to craft the
community and club documents.
